Main Responsibilities


• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for each account and category.

• Design and implement promotional plans that meet business objectives.

• Oversee field executions and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Drive in-store execution and trade marketing initiatives.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

• Identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.

Requirements


• Degree from a reputable institution.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and account management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English and Turkish languages.

• Ability to travel frequently.
