Senior Manager of Employee Rewards

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Employee Rewards to lead our efforts in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business success.
About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our entire compensation and benefits operation, from salary reviews to benefit administration. Your expertise will help us create a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel valued and motivated.
As part of our HR team, you will collaborate closely with executives and other departments to ensure our compensation and benefits strategies are aligned with our overall business objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies
- Manage the salary review process, including recruitment, job change, promotion, and salary adjustment
- Oversee the year-end performance bonus process and ensure fair and equitable distributions
- Implement and maintain all reward structures, ensuring alignment with our company values
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters to internal stakeholders
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex data sets into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders
- Experience with MS Office tools, particularly Excel
