As a key member of the Direkci Group team, you will be responsible for driving our HR operations forward. The Human Resources Specialist role is focused on managing domestic and international recruitment processes, establishing and overseeing necessary HR systems, and contributing to the development of our workforce.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and implement effective workforce strategies to meet business needs
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and support hiring decisions
  3. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
  4. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  5. Ensure seamless employee relations and organize activities to boost motivation and engagement
  6. Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of personnel records, as well as employment contracts and renewal/termination processes
  7. Coordinate visa and work permit processes for international employees

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
  2. At least 7 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in all HR functions and a strong focus on recruitment processes
  3. Strong knowledge of Labour Law and related legal regulations, with advanced English proficiency and excellent communication skills
  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications, with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  5. No restrictions on domestic or international travel
