Responsibilities

The Linux Platforms Team Lead will be responsible for managing the Linux Platforms team and leading cloud and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.

This includes overseeing daily activities, providing guidance and direction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing KVM virtualization platforms, CaaS platforms, and customer Linux OS infrastructure to ensure all systems function as required and meet targeted Service Level Agreements
  • Ensuring internal and external applications and associated infrastructure are functioning correctly by undertaking proactive monitoring and analysis, resolving problems, and escalating as appropriate
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
