Cybersecurity Analyst

We're looking for a talented Junior Security Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our 24/7 Security Operations Centre, you'll play a critical role in protecting our personnel and systems in the Australian Defence Force.

In this exciting opportunity, you'll work in a rapidly evolving environment where you can make a tangible impact and shape the future. Your shift cycle will consist of 12-hour blocks, followed by 4 or 5 days off before resuming duty with a mix of day and night shifts.

As part of our Managed Detection and Response team, your responsibilities will involve:

• Monitoring multiple networks for security incidents and anomalies.
• Performing initial triage and managing events through to resolution, or escalating as necessary.
• Working closely with Senior Security Operations Analysts for guidance and mentorship.
