Publishing Director

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Publishing at Arghavan Printing.

Our company is dedicated to providing high-quality publications that inform, educate, and entertain our readers.

This is a full-time on-site position responsible for managing and overseeing publishing projects, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring the overall success of our publications.

• Project Management: Manage and oversee the development and implementation of publishing projects.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our publications and increase brand awareness.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of publishing professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in Project Management and Team Management, preferably in a publishing environment.
• Expertise in Publishing and Marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry trends and best practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide your team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Publishing, Marketing, or a related field.
