Job Overview

Arghavan Printing is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Publishing to lead our publishing team. This role will oversee the entire publication process, from planning to delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of publishing professionals to achieve our publishing goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our publications effectively.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Team Management and Project Management.
  • Strong expertise in Publishing and Marketing principles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Publishing, Marketing, or a related field.
