Purchasing Manager Job Summary

ZF Friedrichshafen AG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team in Gebze. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in non-production material purchasing and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the procurement team to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, economics, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in non-production material purchasing in a global environment.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
