Job Overview:
This role reports to the Service Team Leader and requires a dynamic individual with a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will execute service work according to agreed workflows, deliver excellent customer service, and perform technical tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute service work in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet customer needs.
  • Perform technical tasks, analyze problems, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
  • Coordinate materials, parts, and equipment for service activities.
  • Prepare documents and reports for customer representatives.
  • Report work done in a timely manner and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Vocational school or associate degree in electrical/electronics.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a service technician in manufacturing or electrical industry.
  • Knowledge of frequency converters and strong English skills; Turkish language is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to frequent scheduling updates.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays on a fixed schedule.
  • Up to 70% travel required.
  • Holding a current car driving license (type B).
