Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate financial reports from subsidiaries and prepare Bursa Announcement reports.
  • Supervise timely financial closing of subsidiaries and analyze financial variances.
  • Develop annual budgets and forecasts for the organization.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies on accounting matters.
