This role is at the intersection of marketing and recruitment, and you will be responsible for our employer branding efforts to attract talent to our ever-growing team in 28 countries. As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will help us achieve these goals with your support in both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to manage all content marketing activities for our talent acquisition strategy
  2. Design and run unique talent acquisition campaigns to reach A-players
  3. Run our internal @homeofinsiders & @lifeatinsider employer branding Instagram accounts and produce People and Culture related content for our LinkedIn page
  4. Find alternative job boards or channels where we can reach potential candidates for different roles
  5. Improve all the content throughout the candidate experience journey
