Global Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls in İzmir. This role will involve overseeing and managing the logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and services.

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods by coordinating with various departments (e.g., production, sales, and supply chain).
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to prevent shortages and excesses.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Handle logistics-related inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development. Located in İzmir, we require candidates to be based in the region and willing to travel occasionally.
