Product Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineering Lead to join our team at Johnson Controls in Izmir. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving product development and improvement across various stages of the production line.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, HVAC experience, and proficiency in 3D software (Creo Parametric) and ERP systems. You will work closely with our Engineering Manager to ensure seamless coordination between production lines and global design centers.
Responsibilities- Transfer new designs from global design centers to local factory production lines, incorporating modifications and improvements as required.
- Support departmental activities, including preparation of engineering and production bill of materials according to customer specifications.
- Release drawings and engineering change releases, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication with internal departments.
- Develop products according to industry standards, identifying specification issues or interpretation discrepancies, and providing solutions to resolve them.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to prepare necessary information for component sourcing and cost impact analysis.
- Provide technical support to factory departments, ensuring timely completion of source components and adherence to CE PED certification requirements.
- Teach and reinforce methodology and skills used for collecting, analyzing, and presenting designs, scopes, and cost estimates.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in HVAC-related roles.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, 3D Creo, Windchill, and SAP-BOM.
Ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. #LI-ED1 #onsite
