Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Executive, Regional Leader to drive sales and expand our market share in the Aegean and Mediterranean Regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue and close deals by identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities with competitive, high-quality proposals.
  • Engage with industrial customers, contractors, and consultants to showcase and sell Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, and Cooling Towers.
  • Develop deep market expertise through understanding of competitors' strategies, products, and services.
  • BUILD lasting customer relationships, driving growth in your territory.
  • Stay organized by managing multiple priorities with excellent planning and time management skills.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, and Cooling Towers in the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to design technical solutions, select equipment, and advise customers on solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales within the Aegean and Mediterranean Regions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong sales drive, determined, and results-oriented.
  • Type B driving license.
  • Willingness to travel.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
