Regional Sales Professional for HVAC Products in Aegean and Mediterranean Regions

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our growing team in İzmir, Turkey. As a key player in driving sales and expanding our market share, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities with competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue and Close Deals: Identify potential customers, negotiate agreements, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships with industrial customers, contractors, and consultants to showcase and sell our Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, and Cooling Towers.
- Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on competitors' strategies, products, and services to differentiate Johnson Controls and drive sales growth.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term customer relationships to drive growth in your territory.
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple priorities, plan effectively, and ensure consistent effort in your work.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, and Cooling Towers in the HVAC industry.
- The ability to design technical solutions, select equipment, and advise customers on solutions.
- A proven track record of delivering sales within the Aegean and Mediterranean Regions.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong sales drive, determination, and results-oriented approach.
- Type B driving license.
- Willingsness to travel.
As a Regional Sales Executive at Johnson Controls, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
