Job Overview

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our Indirect Channel team in Izmir. As a key member of this emergent team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our growth objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling RAC & PAC & VRF products to grow our market share with new and existing resellers. You will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell, renew, and expand product agreements to key and targeted customers to reach optimal sales and profit levels.
  • Meet assigned product sales goals and objectives by converting inquiries into sales, following up with authorized resellers, and placing orders on the system.
  • Provide competitive analysis of the local marketplace and obtain assistance for technical expertise, sales assistance, and market development activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in reseller channel management in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Strong commercial mindset and a customer-oriented way of working.
  • A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good financial understanding and fluent language skills in English.
  • Active B class driver license and ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comprehensive technical and operational knowledge of the industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
