Environmental and Health Expert

We are seeking an experienced Environmental and Health Expert to join our team at Goldwind Science & Technology Co.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive environmental and health policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate environmental and health risks, implementing effective controls to minimize hazards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitoring adherence to environmental and health protocols and reporting any deviations or incidents.
• Provide training and guidance to employees, contractors, and external personnel on environmental and health procedures and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health and safety).
• A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in environmental and health management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel frequently to sites, as required.
