Revenue Growth Manager

About the Role:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for value creation and optimize profitability;
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform pricing and promotional strategies;
- Manage and optimize global and local analytical tools to drive business decisions;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers;
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency;
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy and drive growth;
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute commercial plans.
Requirements:
- 4 years' university degree;
- Minimum 7 years of experience gained in FMCG companies;
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications;
- Strong analytical problem-solving and negotiation skills;
- Good communication and presentation ability;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
