We are looking for a skilled Baggage Handling System Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of baggage handling systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process optimizations to enhance system efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate results to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in process improvement and optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study (Computer sciences, electrical/electronic engineering, etc.)
  • 1-3 years of experience in business or system analysis, data mining, business intelligence
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Splunk, QlikView, etc.
  • Knowledge of regular expressions
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL methodologies, Lean, and Six Sigma
  • Excellent communication skills, writing and speaking, in Turkish and English
