">- Drive sales revenue growth and achieve business objectives through effective marketing, sales strategies, and customer engagement.
- Support the development of the annual plan, including realistic forecasts, market analysis, and sales performance metrics.
- Manage the assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenue and meet targets.
- Prepare and coordinate price quotations, technical offers, and order confirmations to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or relevant fields; or equivalent job experience (minimum 5 years in case of a lack of degree).
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably with experience in aftersales operations.
- Technical/commercial knowledge or professional background in rotating equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must. Being a Turkish native speaker and another foreign language (preferably Russian) knowledge is a plus.
- Customer mindset, business acumen, and market understanding.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
- Proactive, self-disciplined, target-oriented, trustable, and loyal personality.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Valid driving license (class B) and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
