About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Art Director who can define the artistic vision of our games, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the creative process from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their experience in 2D art direction, concept design, and UI/UX design.

The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced skills in industry-standard software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate, and a solid understanding of 2D animation principles. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide our talented art team members.

Requirements

1. Expertise in 2D Art Direction: Proven track record of successful 2D art direction projects.
2. Concept Design Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging concept designs, illustrations, environment, and character designs.
3. Proficient Software Skills: Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate, with experience in 2D animation principles and tools like After Effects or Spine.
4. UI/UX Design Expertise: Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to create aesthetically pleasing game interfaces.
5. Effective Communication: Ability to clearly communicate artistic vision and direct the creative process effectively.
6. Team Leadership: Experience in leading teams and managing creative processes.
