Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Processor to join our team at First Farmers Bank & Trust Company.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role is responsible for assembling loan documentation for commercial and agricultural loan packages, as well as providing support for our loan processing system.

Duties include:

  1. Loan Document Preparation: Prepare loan documents, including tickets and other necessary materials.
  2. Lease Processing: Process new leases and generate weekly and monthly reports for SCI.
  3. Documentation Maintenance: Maintain accurate documentation on all FSA, SBA, Agri-Access, and Farmer Mac loans.
  4. Loan Request Processing: Assist in processing loan requests, researching codes and collateral.
  5. Mortgage Releases: Prepare mortgage releases as needed.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to loan officers, including various tasks and projects.

Requirements

  2. Multitasking and Organization: Possess strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  3. Communication and Phone Skills: Exhibit strong communication and phone skills, with the ability to interact with customers and bank staff effectively.
  4. Computer Proficiency: Have basic computer skills and experience with software systems such as Navigator, ComplianceOne, Microsoft Office, and Director.

Working Conditions

This role is based in a normal office environment with moderate lifting up to 25 pounds, extended viewing of computer screens, and repetitive hand and arm movement.
