Recruitment Specialist

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes for head office positions. This includes preparing and publishing job advertisements, evaluating applications and creating lists, as well as conducting personality and competency inventory assessments.

You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting weekly and monthly recruitment reports, developing or updating recruitment procedures/policies, and ensuring effective implementation and development of recruitment regulations, procedures and instructions.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the improvement and development of talent management processes, support the execution of employer branding, employee engagement, career planning and organizational development processes, and follow up on trial period negotiations.

In addition, you will conduct and report exit interviews, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

1. Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities;
2. At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent management;
3. Preferably with experience in human resources consulting companies;
4. Experienced in competency-based interviewing;
5. Preferably a good command of English;
6. To be able to use MS Office programs at a good level;
7. Strong communication and problem solving skills;
8. High planning, follow-up, organization and analysis skills;
9. Prone to teamwork;
10. Candidates preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul will be considered.
