Recruitment Specialist

At Rebul Holding, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead our head office recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

Executing end-to-end recruitment processes for head office positions is a critical aspect of this role. Responsibilities include preparing and publishing job advertisements, evaluating applications, creating lists, and storing records of interviewed candidates in the database.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for personality and competency inventory assessments, preparing weekly and monthly recruitment reports, and developing or updating recruitment procedures/policies.

In addition, they will implement effective recruitment regulations, procedures, and instructions, contribute to the improvement and development of talent management processes, and support employer branding, employee engagement, career planning, and organizational development processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• A degree from a relevant undergraduate department of a university
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent management
• Preferably with experience in human resources consulting companies
• Experienced in competency-based interviewing
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High planning, follow-up, organization, and analysis skills
• Team player
