Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled digital marketing professional to join our team at Nest Invest. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies across platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), creating and curating content to promote property listings and real estate services, and managing social media accounts to monitor engagement and respond to customer inquiries.

Additionally, they will conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content and drive organic traffic, track website performance, manage analytics, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and lead conversion.

The ideal candidate will also design and manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other real estate-focused advertising platforms, and develop email marketing campaigns for property updates, newsletters, and drip marketing strategies.

They will work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and property marketing efforts, and report regularly on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and key insights to the marketing and management teams.
