Procurement Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team in Gebze. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and excellent analytical skills.

Accountabilities
  • Assist the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Manage procurement data and reports to monitor and improve procurement performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, economics, or business administration.
  • Minimum 1 year' experience in non-production material purchasing in a global environment.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
