We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Hemmersbach GmbH & Co. KG.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, including onsite level 2 IT support for hardware and software problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve level one/two issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, etc.
  • Deal with software portfolio management and product life cycle management.
  • Provide general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/re-imaging PCs and laptops.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers for timely repair of systems under maintenance agreement warranty, and repair minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same.
  • Provide assistance in the installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., and cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.
  • Provide smart hand support for server and network devices.
