About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance and Automation Specialist to join our team in Izmir. As an essential member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our electrical systems and automation equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform regular maintenance on electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, motors, and transformers to ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with official institutions to meet the electricity needs of our facilities.
  • Develop and implement planned/unplanned maintenance programs for malfunctions occurring in equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and implement them as necessary to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain automated systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, robotics, and other control systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical and automation issues to ensure seamless plant operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and system configurations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and automation within an agribusiness or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles, automation systems, and instrumentation.
  • Knowledge in industrial automation and control systems, usage of automation equipment (inverters, controllers, industrial process regulators), electric equipment of command and control.
  • Experience with Siemens Control Systems systems, software and hardware (SIMATIC S7, PCS7, WinCC, TIA Portal).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
  • Knowledge with CMMS. SAP is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
