Bosch Türkiye is a leading company in the mobility industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Area Managers and contribute to our success.
The role is based at our Bosch Bursa Powertrains Solutions Plant, where you will be responsible for:
- Managing the secretarial of the Technical Area
- Providing administrative support to the Technical Area Manager
- Coordinating daily agendas, approvals, and meetings
- Planning travel arrangements for department heads and guests
- Following up on relevant meetings and ensuring compliance in the related area
- Tracking vacation status in the related area
- SUPERVISING interns in the related area
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, German, and Turkish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Regular follow-up on topics and effective presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
