Job Responsibilities:
  1. Design, deliver, and customize standard and pre-identified KPIs and parameter audit/inconsistency reports.
  2. Create custom dashboards and automated reports on key business metrics for various use cases.
  3. Analyze existing baseline network parameter settings and tune audit reports accordingly.
  4. Participate in technical meetings, monitor product performance, prepare module/feature activation reports, perform acceptance tests, and highlight benefits of company products.
  5. Provide L3 support for active customers and feedback to product and development teams.
Requirements for the position:
  1. Pursuing a degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering programs.
  2. Being in his/her final year.
  3. Telecommunication domain knowledge and working experience is a plus.
  4. Basic DB and SQL knowledge.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  6. Enthusiastic team player, a positive thinker, self-motivated, willing to learn, and customer-centric.
  7. Passionate about trying new things.
  8. An excellent communicator and team player.
  9. Available at least 3 days a week (at least 2 days in the office).
