We are seeking a highly motivated ELT Expert for Non-Profit to join our team at the Turkish Education Association (TED).

About the Role:

  • Responsibilities include designing and delivering educational programs, managing academic staff, and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • A minimum of ten years' experience in English Language Teaching is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in ELT or Educational Sciences.

Main Objectives:

  • To enhance student learning outcomes through innovative teaching methods.
  • To foster a culture of continuous professional development among teachers.
  • To ensure effective program implementation and evaluation.

Essential Criteria:

  • Graduate degree in English Language Teaching or a related field.
  • Minimum ten years' experience in teaching English as a foreign language.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in Teacher Training & Development, Academic Management, or Assessment & Evaluation.
  • Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation.
  • Readiness to travel when required.
