We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Adana. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and oil and gas industry standards (both international and Turkish). Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, or equivalent) is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are essential. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams, are necessary.

Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering roles within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors. Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and oil and gas industry standards (both international and Turkish). Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, or equivalent)
Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Additional certifications in safety and risk management are advantageous.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel and work on-site in Adana as required. Familiarity with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, or equivalent.
