We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sourcing strategy for high-priority open positions and future hiring expectations.

Job Description:
  1. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the market.
  2. Maintain positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders to promote the company brand and attract diverse talent.
  3. Collaborate with the team to design and execute recruitment plans that meet business needs.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, preferably in the AEC industry. They will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office is required.

This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies. The individual will also be responsible for creating job postings, managing candidate pipelines, and conducting interviews.

Candidates should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. They must be able to analyze data, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing priorities.
