Your Key Responsibilities:

  • L&D Strategy Development: Create a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities.
  • Training Program Delivery: Design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with department heads and employees to understand their training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Resource Management: Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective training solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
