Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consumer Products Division as a Category Development specialist. This role will be responsible for driving category growth through strategic planning, implementation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement category-based strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and execute plans to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions across various channels and geographies.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to inform category development decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of category strategies.
  • Conduct shopper behavior analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4-year university degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, or economics).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG companies with a proven track record of driving category growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
