Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Manager to join our team at Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea. This role involves coordinating night operations of all hotel departments, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient progress, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate night operations of all hotel departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering.
  • Ensure that all night shift tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and providing excellent service.
  • Represent hotel management in welcoming VIP guests and monitoring guests with potential complaints.
  • Inspect hotel public areas & outlets to ensure they are safe and always ready for guest service.
  • Address guest complaints, requests, and suggestions or forward them to the relevant departments.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the General Manager.
  • Report significant events occurring during the night to the morning shift management.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the night shift team.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable about Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services and relevant regulations.
  • Experienced in security management in the hospitality industry.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English.
