Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain our ethics and compliance program to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and review compliance policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements or updates.
  • Provide guidance on relevant laws and regulations (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Sapin II) to stakeholders across the company.
