- Develop, implement, and maintain our ethics and compliance program to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and review compliance policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements or updates.
- Provide guidance on relevant laws and regulations (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Sapin II) to stakeholders across the company.
- Stay up-to-date with global regulatory changes, including sanctions regimes, and advise on their impact to the business.
