Our hotel is comprised of four exquisite buildings – three of them historic and beautifully restored – and welcomes guests arriving by land or sea.

Job Description

  1. Ensure cleanliness, set-ups, and spa standards by the Cabanas, pool deck, and Abelia Pool per specification and trained guidelines.
  2. Greet all guests with a positive attitude and enforce poolside rules to prevent unsafe behavior.
  3. Maintain adequate supplies of guest amenities throughout Abelia Pool and Cabanas areas for impeccable presentation.
  4. Retrieve linens from laundry and ensure proper setup and return used linen to laundry.
  5. Conduct daily opening/closing checks to ensure well-maintained, stocked, and cleaned areas.
  6. Deliver exceptional hospitality and professionalism to guests, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  7. Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize outdoor Pool and Cabanas equipment.

Requirements

  1. Demonstrate flexibility under high work demands and pressure, understanding expectations.
  2. Exhibit strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent connection with people.
  3. Show ability to work under pressure and follow job-related guidance.
  4. Possess preferred English communication skills verbally.
