About the Job:

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in showcasing our innovative customer experience offering and driving customer success through your technical expertise and creative storytelling.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present dynamic demonstrations to executives, stakeholders, and influencers, highlighting the value of Genesys Cloud's solutions.
  • Understand customers' strategies and help them drive business using our unique solutions.
  • Create customized demos and tell compelling stories that showcase the solution's value.
  • Identify and overcome obstacles in strategic deals through internal discussions and customer/partner meetings.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Business, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Technical knowledge of Contact Centre technologies such as VOIP, surveys, quality management, recording, workforce management, IVR, digital engagement, and PCI compliance.
  • Prior experience with AI technologies and frameworks (machine learning, natural language understanding, Gen-AI, large language models, prompt engineering).
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to command workshops and guide discussions to successful conclusions.
