Job Title: Human Resources Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Transformation Manager to join our team at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport Investment Construction and Operation Inc.

About the Role:
  • The selected candidate will take part in projects addressing the company's organizational development needs and manage the team under their responsibility.
  • This position involves increasing employee engagement and motivation through various activities.
  • The ideal candidate will play an active role in reviewing, improving, documenting, and structuring HR processes in line with the organization's needs.
  • Responsibilities include conducting revision and standardization efforts for job descriptions, competencies, roles, authorities, and responsibilities based on improved business processes and company organizational structure.
  • The manager will be responsible for managing the preparation and updating of the entire system infrastructure related to organizational development projects and overseeing associated digitalization initiatives.
  • Necessary studies will be conducted to measure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's norm staffing.
  • The candidate will ensure that organizational data is kept up to date.
  • Collaboration with business units is required to manage and execute work within the Performance Management System via SuccessFactors.
  • Participation in the preparation of the annual budget in collaboration with other departments is necessary.
  • Tracking HR processes according to the approved budget, conducting current situation and analysis studies on specific topics, and preparing the necessary reports will be performed.
  • The manager will be responsible for ensuring the preparation and completion of necessary documents for the execution and conclusion of HR operational processes.
  • Talent Management and Succession plans management and follow-up processes will also be handled by the selected candidate.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related fields is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in change management, organizational restructuring, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, training, budgeting, and reporting, preferably with team management experience in manufacturing and aviation sectors.
  • Project experience in job evaluation studies is a plus.
  • Data collection, analysis, and reporting skills are essential.
  • Advanced MS Office program skills are required.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is necessary.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and representation skills are essential.
  • Analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills are necessary.
