Main Responsibilities Include:

  • TK eSIM activation and CAV registration monitoring using RPA
  • Improvement of local MNO management and technical contract documentation
  • Line-based checking of invoice acceptance (eSIM), rejection, and follow-up
  • Application development for automating manual processes
  • After-sales eCall alert tracking and Connected vehicle notification synthesis
  • Ticket tracking affected by TK tools
  • SNI1 study monitoring and bootstrap problem resolution

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Mechatronics
  • 2 years of experience in the connectivity field
  • Fluency in English
  • A highly motivated self-starter and team-player with good communication skills
