HR Generalist

We are looking for a talented Human Resources Business Partner (Assistant Manager) to join our team at Karadeniz Holding.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resources operations, collaborating with department managers, and developing HR projects to support our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent development,
• Collaborate with department managers to plan resources and develop employees,
• Coordinate human resources policies between the headquarter and shipyard,
• Provide coaching and advisory services to department managers on people & culture related issues,
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data to drive process development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines,
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience as a generalist or HRBP (experience in shipyards and/or ship operating companies is a plus),
• Good command of English (both written and verbal),
• Experience in white & blue collar recruitment and onboarding process,
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management and external contacts,
• Excellent communication skills as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Analytical mindset with a strong result orientation, counseling and conflict resolution skills,
• Ability to travel when needed,
• Residency in cities near Yalova (including İstanbul -Anatolian side- and Kocaeli)
