We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner (Assistant Manager) to join our Human Resources Department located in Yalova.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overseas & domestic operations of human resources management, including white collar & blue collar recruitment, onboarding, candidate & employee experience and satisfaction, talent development, disciplinary and exit processes,
  • Take part in HR projects to aid the growing organization and work closely with department managers on resource planning & employee development,
  • Enable coordination between the headquarter and shipyard in terms of human resources policies,
  • Coach and advise department managers on people & culture related issues,
  • Design and prepare HR reports and carry out process development activities using data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines,
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience as a generalist or HRBP (experience in shipyards and/or ship operating companies is a plus),
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal),
  • Experience in white & blue collar recruitment and onboarding process,
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management and external contacts,
  • Excellent communication skills as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills,
  • Good command of MS Office applications,
  • Analytical mindset with a strong result orientation, counseling and conflict resolution skills,
  • Ability to travel when needed,
  • Residency in cities near Yalova (including İstanbul -Anatolian side- and Kocaeli)
