CoForward is a leading consultancy that provides human resource services, including recruitment, employer branding, reorganizations, and talent management. We are currently seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring process, developing and implementing talent management strategies, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.

This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a managerial role.

You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
