Key Responsibilities
  • Performing and/or managing hands-on legal work in a range of areas, including corporate compliance, commercial transactions, intellectual property matters, litigation management, employment, labor relations, and other regulatory matters.
  • Conducting research and answering questions from internal & external clients in a timely and comprehensive manner.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and key legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Vendor Agreements, and terms related to marketing programs.

The selected candidate will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the firearms, accessories, and ammunition sectors.
