We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our pladis Turkey Traditional Channel Sales Company, Horizon AŞ. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that sales and revenue targets are realized within budgets determined for customers and categories under your responsibility.

Your key responsibilities will include managing sales policies, following customer/category annual agreements, making relevant listings, preparing detailed activity plans, tracking activities, and determining opportunity areas. You will also be responsible for listing launch products, tracking distribution, exposure agreements, and activity mechanics, as well as monitoring/reporting of product warehouse and store stock availability levels.

You will provide accurate and timely information on production estimates of products that are sold regularly and will be active, and ensure timely customer notification of price updates. Additionally, you will collaborate with category, marketing, procurement business units, and other customer teams, and assume responsibility for acceptance/control of commercial invoices according to the determined progress payment balance.

We require a proactive and committed individual with a strong command of English (both written and verbal) and experience in activity/campaign and product management. You should hold an understanding of budget analysis, P&L management, ROI analysis, and be experienced in field, market, and competitor analysis. You must be a result-oriented professional with strategic thinking capabilities, and have strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
