pladis, a leading food company in Turkey and the region, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our pladis Turkey Traditional Channel Sales Company, Horizon AŞ. With a strong presence in over 100 countries, we offer a wide range of products that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven individual who can ensure the realization of sales and revenue targets within the determined budgets for customers and categories under responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in sales/key account/channel management working within FMCG Companies. Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales policies, following customer/category annual agreements, and preparing detailed activity plans to increase the profitability of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales and revenue targets are realized within determined budgets
- Manage sales policies for customers and categories under responsibility
- Follow customer/category annual agreements and periodic activities to increase profitability
- Prepare detailed activity plans to track opportunities and activities
- Monitor/report product warehouse and store stock availability levels
- Provide accurate and timely information on production estimates
- Notify customers of price updates and manage customer relationships
- Analyze market dynamics and product performance to prepare reports
- Collect data on market conditions, sales in competitors and customers
