Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our team at Yves Rocher Türkiye. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for analyzing historical sales data and sales forecast data from marketing to calculate product demand quantities.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior.
  • Develop forecasting models to optimize inventory management and reduce stockouts.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate procurement of products.
  • Monitor current stock levels and intervene as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage automatic or manual replenishment processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 2-3 years' experience in planning and analysis.
  • A pro-active self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
