Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team in Tirana, Albania. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating commercial terms, and acquiring new business customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with experience in the crypto exchange (CEX) niche. They will possess strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

The role requires a customer-centric attitude, excellent presentation skills, and attention to detail. The candidate must also be able to understand customers' business requirements and find solutions to their pain points.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and acquire new business customers.
  2. Develop a sales pipeline and engage with potential customers at all stages of the sales funnel.
  3. Build customer relationships to maximize long-term revenue growth.
  4. Work closely with the account management team to facilitate customer onboarding.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop growth plans and ensure delivery of agreed business targets.
