About the Position
  • You will develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and labor unions, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Communicate regularly with union representatives to prevent misunderstandings and resolve issues promptly.
  • Design and implement HR processes that meet company standards, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing conflicts.
  • Manage collective bargaining agreements, guaranteeing timely and accurate execution.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as human resources, labor relations, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in HR or shop floor roles, preferably in manufacturing companies.
  • Strong understanding of Turkish Labour law and Social Security System, Industrial Relations, and Unions.
  • Familiarity with payroll, social insurance, time management systems, and termination is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
  • Able to work independently, think critically, and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively.
